Imprints

Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day is dawning. It is 50 degrees and chilly as I step out with my coffee. I have my snuggy that my grandson gave me and my purple blanket. I noticed that one of my dragonfly pillows is missing. The wind must have taken it last night. I will check the yard at daylight. We interact with people each day of our lives. Your kindness and compassion may be the only bright part of someones day .We never know what we imprint on the hearts of others. Words are not enough. We have to see people and love them with the heart and eyes of a child. Open your heart and your eyes and share yourself. Leave a beautiful whisper of love on their heart. Flowers

A long day draws to a close. It was a good day. We got some much needed rain. It is a gentle rain that cleansed the air and the land. Hopefully it helped with the fires on the mountain and along the coast of Oregon and California. These are my new flowers at the office from a patient. He grows them and brings us new ones each week. Memories

Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day is getting ready to dawn. It is 52 degrees and 90% humidity. It feels like home. As I sit waiting for the sun to fill the sky with light, memories of family and friends cross my mind. My sister sent me this capture from her old 4H files. Daddy and I looked on as she demonstrated how to make clover leaf yeast rolls. I think I was anticipating eating those rolls. Pictures capture a precious moment in time and allows us to look back and relive that moment. It seems like yesterday, but it was a lifetime ago. Life is precious and speeds by as we live day to day. Catching Up

A long day draws to a close.. It was a good day and I might even dare to say that I got mostly caught up,maybe. The temperature is mild for the first day of fall. I am watching the ever changing evening sky. Clouds line up and parade across the sky and hold the golden sunset captive for just a moment. Sometimes you have to just be there watching. Sunset Glow

Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day will be dawning soon. The silence of the night fills my senses with peace. I feel the anticipation as light slowly moves into the sky and the world comes alive with birds singing and people moving about. I captured the mountain last night at sunset as the glow illuminated the clouds. God’s beauty through my eyes to you. We live in an amazing world where we can be miles apart and still share our hopes, dreams and our faith. A long day draws to a close. I got a lot of paperwork done with no one in the office. I captured the mountain on the way home. The sky was clear,  but there was a haze covering the mountain.  God’s creation stands as testament to his love for us. New Day

Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day is dawning. It is 45 degrees and a slight breeze rustles the bushes. Everything is slient at this time, except the rooster. There is a little color on the horizon as the sun starts his journey into the new day. The sunrise always leaves me with a sense of peace and hope. Each new day brings change and is filled with possibilities and promise. Your day is what you make it. Use your time wisely. This day can only be used once. Tomorrow it will be a memory. Human Spirit

A long day draws to a close. It was a good day. I stayed home and did a little sewing on a quilt. It is going to be beautiful if I say so myself. All is quiet in my little corner of the world. My thoughts are with family and friends during recovery. The heart warming stories of neighbors and strangers helping each other rekindles my faith in the human spirit. Miracles of Life

Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day is dawning. It is 47 degrees and the sun will be up soon. Sleep eluded me last night. I watch as the light starts to warm the sky. The process seems so effortless as night turns to day, yet it is a true miracle of creation. We are all miracles of creation. Each created the same, yet different and unique in our appearance and personalities. We are each loved unconditionally by God. We have the choice to follow his teaching or to turn away, yet we are still loved. Time slips away as I ponder the wonders of creation.
