Walls

Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day is dawning.  The sun has not risen above the hills. The days are rapidly getting shorter as fall marches into the area. All is quiet and peaceful,  except the darn rooster. It is my Friday and I am looking forward to catching up on some sleep. The last several nights have been plagued with bad dreams and frequently disturbances in sleep. It is only a few nights in compared to a new Mom or a caregiver. Those times have passed for me and I was blessed with the opportunity to care for my parents, children and grandchildren. Caregivers have hearts of gold for it is difficult to care for others, but rewarding.  Reach out to those in need and open your heart to new experiences in life. It is easy to built a wall in your heart  and it must come down  one brick at a time. Share Your Heart ❤ and Shine Bright. 

Smile

A long day draws to a close. It was a good day and very busy. I am ready for the weekend. My bones are dragging, but I am grateful for my job and all the people I interact with each day. Meeting new people and bringing a smile to their face makes me feel like my work is done. We all need each other and everyone needs a friendly face and a listening ear. Be that person who leads with compassion , love and laughter. Say your prayers and be grateful. Rest Well and Sweet Dreams.

Lights On

Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day is underway. A cold breeze sends a chill down to my bones. The full moon was setting as I stepped outside with my coffee. God had left the bright lights on last night, so I had also seen it higher in the sky at 3 am. Y’all know how those nights are. As I watch the moon set in the west, the sun is rising in the east. I think of life and all my blessings. I am grateful for life, a roof over my head, a job to put food on my table, and family and friends to share my life. I am most grateful for a God who walks beside me and loved me enough to die for my salvation. He did it for all of us. For God so loved the WORLD……so should we love one another. Loving Embrace

A long day draws to a close. It was a good day. The sky was blue and a breeze kept the temperature comfortable. My bones are weary as I put my feet up. Hallmark calls as I eat my supper. Life is a journey with good days and bad. Make the most of each day, but don’t worry if you need to rest or take it easy. Those are good day too. Hugs

Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day is underway. A slight breeze makes the 52 degrees feel colder. All is quiet , except for the rooster and an occasional car passing. The mountain stands cold and alone in the distant. A tower of strength with a potential to explode. Even the strongest among us has a weakness and a need for support. God knew we would need each other to help us through the tough journey of life. He walks beside us ,but the friends can talk back and give us the much needed hugs that warm the heart and soothe the soul. I bet God has a bear hug like my Daddy did. One day we will know when he welcomes us home. Until then, give comfort and aid to those in need, lend a helping hand and have a heart willing to listen. We need each other. Be kind.
