Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day awaits. Old man winter is putting on a display. More snow is predicted today and it keeps on coming. Snow even made it into the town. It was beautiful to watch the snow out the window of the office while I was cozy inside. My heart goes out to those who work in the elements every day. Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day awaits. Snow has finally arrived as I watch it drift slowly to the ground. There is a silence that fills the air and peace can literally be felt. With this snow falling and more predicted, I will not be driving. On snow days, I get chauffeured into town by my friend. Alabama doesn’t do snow. Enjoy this gift from God of a new day. Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day awaits. I am still stuffed full from yesterday’s feast. I was blessed to share thanks with two friends who are now my family. New memories were made and old memories shared. Life is filled with precious moments in time. Capture those memories and hold them close to warm your heart in later years. Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day awaits. Temperatures are below freezing and my feeder has frozen solid. I brought it inside, thawed it out and added fresh nectar. It didn’t take but a few minutes and my little hummingbird took up his perch at the bar. I know he was grateful for a little help in hard times. Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day awaits.  It was a long weekend spent mostly on the couch. A short week leads us into Thanksgiving and family gatherings.  I am grateful for all my family and friends.  I won’t be home for Thanksgiving,  but they know they hold my heart always. I will be feasting with friends who have become family in Oregon.  Remember those who are alone, in shelters or who are sick.  Pray for those with no food and those who struggle.  The tables could turn and we may be the ones in need.
