Prayers

A long day draws to a close. It was a good day and very busy. The haze still cling to the landscape and people are starting to have respiratory problems. Thank goodness we already had these lovely mask to wear. I captured these flowers early this morning. I am not sure what they are, but they made me smile. The Gulf Coast is in for a long night of worry. My prayers continue for safety for all. May God hold you in his loving embrace until the morning light. Say your prayers and be grateful. Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day is about to dawn. The sounds of the night still linger in the air and a very slight breeze moves the air. The rooster is still asleep so slience fills the air. My thought are on my family and friends along the Gulf Coast. It doesn’t matter if it is a small or large event, the anticipation is hard for everyone. All we can do is prepare, pray and sit back and wait. Mother Nature will have her way, but she can’t dampen our spirits. It is during the hard times that people come together and help one another. God’s love shines bright through the human spirit.
