Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day awaits. It is a beautiful day to be alive. My capture is from last night on the way home. Clouds ruled the sky bringing in a little rain for today. Any rain in great on the parched landscape. Household chores and sewing will keep me busy today. My shopping buddy is busy elsewhere. I have a lot of projects that need to get done before Christmas. Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day awaits. A light wind blows through the trees as the rooster crows to greet the sun. I actually think he wakes up the sun, because he starts crowing way before dawn. He takes his job seriously. I was raised to believe that a job worth doing was done right the first time. No one had to stand over me or check to see if I was working. I just did my job and took pride in my work. Our jobs also include our families and homes. God walks beside us in all we do. Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day awaits. The rooster is crowing as the sun reaches for the horizon. Another day begins and life moves on. I am blessed that God has given me another day. There are so many that never see another sunrise or share another day with their families. Only God knows the time we have on this earth. We all have a purpose and place in God’s plan. Mine includes a lot of paperwork,  smiles, hugs and a kind or loving word to all I meet. Sometimes when they share their hurting heart, the Mama in me comes out and they get the same words that I would give my own children. It will be a lazy day of laundry,  cooking and a little sewing.  Thoughts of my next quilt swirl through my head as I look at color and fabric. As I curl up with my cup of coffee, I look out the window and notice the two hummingbirds bellied up to the feeder. It must have been a rough night or they are feeling the drag of an early morning. I thought it was funny that we are all the same. We all go through rough patches and hard times. We all suffer loss and seemingly unrelenting grief. No matter where you are in life, be kind.
