Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day has dawned. The last day of 2021 is upon us.  It has been a year of deep loss and great joy. As I reflect on my life, I know that I have been blessed with people who care about me, eyes that can see the beauty of life and another day to share my heart. I can not focus on my loss, but I must  look forward and be grateful for the time we had together. My goal is to be the best me that I can be and to shine my light as far as it can reach. We are another day closer to January and the weather remains warm. Life moves forward a day at a time. I have accepted that I can’t change or control the things that happen in life. My loved ones are still resting cozy in their beds as I travel down memory lane of childhood.  The presents under the tree were important, but we didn’t realize that the most important gifts were the people beside us. Age has taught us that memories are precious,  the true gifts are the people in our lives and faith holds us all together until we meet again.
