The sky is filled with clouds big and small. Surprisingly then is a low chance of rain. Looks and feels like rain is coming to me. Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day is dawning. I woke up early and couldn’t go back to sleep. It is 45 degrees out and the rooster is crowing as the sun starts its way into the new day. Shades of pink fill the sky for a brief moment. Special moments in time are easily missed as we go about our daily routines. It is easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life. By the time things slow down, your children are grown and have babies of their own. Don’t wait for one day or someday. Make the most of life now. Call that friend who has been on your mind. A long day draws to a close. It was a good day. I picked blackberries and did a little shopping. God watched over me and I did not see any snakes, bears, mountain lions or poison ivy. It was 74 degrees with a stiff breeze and it was beautiful. Last night was the first night I have come home past dark to my new place. I had left the light on and this cozy sight greeted me as I pulled up. It just made me smile. My feet are up and a Hallmark movie has started. Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day is underway. It is a chilly 51 degrees and a light breeze sends the cold down to the bones. It is quiet out this morning, except for the rooster, of course. On my way to my friends house, I was delighted to see these little beauties on the side of a ditch. Not more than one hundred yards from my house and the fence is up over my head. A feast for this country girls eyes. Guess you know what I will be doing today. There is beauty and a wealth of blessing that surrounds us all. A long day draws to a close. It was a good day. I went to Gresham and explored the fabric and craft stores. I can see I have a lot more exploring to do. Maybe next time, I will check out thrift and antique stores. Tonight I am having supper with friends. It should prove to be a good evening. I captured the moon as it was setting last night. Another day draws to a close. It was a good day filled with a lot of patients and laughter. Everyone is kinda chill on Thursday afternoon. This capture is a bird of paradise in my boss’s yard.
