A long day draws to a close. It was a good day. The sky has some unusual clouds tonight. The smoke from the nearby fire adds a touch of color. I always find peace when I watch the heavens. Day or night, there is beauty to behold. Find your place of solitude and communicate with God and nature. May God hold you in his loving arms until the morning light. Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day is underway. It is 56 degrees and a little chilly as the breeze makes me grab a blanket to cover my shoulders. That just made me laugh. I remember the older folks and their blankets. Now, it is me. Time moves on and babies grow and have families of their own. Our roles as kisser of boo-boos and problem solvers changes to a role on the side lines. Movers and shakers become barely moving. Our lives are richer and wiser as we now have time to smell the roses. We must continue to learn and grow each day. Check in on the kids and be a part of their lives.
