The predawn hours are filled with the birds frantic chatting. The wind swirls and blows. Rain is coming soon. The sky has some color, but today I want to share Joy. See my beautiful hibiscus. Each morning at early light, it blossoms out and shines in all its God given glory. It faces the challenges of the earth’s elements and still stands strong. We must take notice of this small but humble plant. Each precious day is a gift. We must wake up with joy in our hearts because we are alive and we are loved. Stand strong against the elements of hate, injustice and ridicule. It doesn’t matter what others think or say. Be the light of God’s love that shows the world the true path.
