A beautiful day comes to a close. The sun sets over a new crop in the field. A day spent with my grandsons is always an awesome day. We don’t have to do grand things. I slept past the dawn today. My cup of coffee and the birds keep me company. The sun is up and shining in blue skies. It will be a scorcher today with the heat index over 100 degrees. We all have to take care of ourselves and watch out for the elderly neighbors who may be outside working. We were raised to think that things just had to be done and done now. Sometimes you have to sit back and wait for the right time to do things. Blessings are given in God’s time and we must be patient and believe that things will work out.
