Good Morning Everyone It is cold out this morning and the wind is singing the song of the pines. I can see the white tip of the mountain as it glows in the darkness. Small flowers are starting to burst forth from the ground. Everyone is hoping the orchards don’t come to life too early then get frozen. There is a process and purpose to all things. Things happen in God’s time, not ours. Hang in there and remember that only God can move the mountains in your life. Pray for guidance and hold strong in your faith. Your time will come. Good Morning Everyone! It is a beautiful beginning to a brand new day. It is cold and quiet. The wind is silent for a while and the stars light up a clear sky this morning.  There are no lights to block the view. The stars always amaze me and make me smile. When I gaze up at them, I feel small in this big old universe. My worries seem to fade and I feel closer somehow to our creator. I imagine Him laughing as he threw the glitter out to light the skies.  No detail was to small in his work. When your worries seem too large to handle and life overwhelms you,  look to the Heavens for the answers.  No problem is too small. God is there beside you listening and waiting for you. Good Morning Everyone! I slept past the sunrise this morning. My warm bed felt really good. The sky was cloudless as I look out at the mountain. I grabbed my coffee and headed for the porch. It is 29 degrees, but no snow. The wind is blowing gently through the trees. As I watch the sky, clouds float past the trees. It is a slow, gentle day. We all need the gentle days to rest, relax and rejuvenate. Sunday was always the day for families to gather together and make memories. Take the time to reach out to family and friends. Good Morning Everyone! I slept past the sunrise this morning.  I was awakened by the wind last night. It was lashing at the house like a hurricane does at home. The wind is whipping the branches of the pines to and fro saying wake up, wake up prepare for snow. The roar is quite amazing as I watch the landscape adjust and flow. We all have our big winds and disturbances in life. Things change. We adjust and keep moving forward.  God gave us resilient spirits to handle lifes ups and downs. Above all that, he promised to walk beside us during the good and bad times. It is like the two footprints in the sand. During your darkest times, he carries you through without leaving footprints.  Hold close to one another and guard the Hearts of those you cherish.
