A long day draws to a close. It was a good day. As I drove into town to shop and walk around, I had to stop and capture this beautiful moment in time for y’all.The rainbow went from one side of the valley to the other. Further down the mountain, I stopped again for a second rainbow. It may be rainy here, but the perk is the rainbows that spring up everywhere. The little girl in me still squeals in delight. Good Morning Everyone! I slept past the sunrise this morning. I was awakened by the wind last night. It was lashing at the house like a hurricane does at home. The wind is whipping the branches of the pines to and fro saying wake up, wake up prepare for snow. The roar is quite amazing as I watch the landscape adjust and flow. We all have our big winds and disturbances in life. Things change. We adjust and keep moving forward. God gave us resilient spirits to handle lifes ups and downs. Above all that, he promised to walk beside us during the good and bad times. It is like the two footprints in the sand. During your darkest times, he carries you through without leaving footprints.
