Giving

Good Morning Everyone! Clouds cover the stars this morning so it is pretty dark. My coffee keeps me company and is much needed today. It was a long night and I had to get up and down three times. This old body does what it wants to sometimes. The good news is that God chose for me to awaken this morning to share another sunrise with you. There is always a positive side to every situation. Sometimes we can’t see the answers or know why things happen as they do. We have to pray and have faith that there is someone looking over us and we are on the right path. I have to choose to be positive and look for the good in people. Somedays I slip and feel sorry for myself. It is these times that I see someone else hurting or in need of comfort. Life is not about me. It is about us. Reach out to others. It is through giving of ourselves that we reap the greatest rewards. Share Your Heart ❤ and Shine Bright.

Reflect

Good Morning Everyone!

The sky was coming alive this morning as I step outside with my coffee and snuggly. Clouds feather the sky with stripes of orange and black. Clouds always reflect and absorb the most beautiful colors and shapes as they drift across the sky. They are just like people. They are skinny, wispy ,short, tall, plump, bold, beautiful, angry, mean or happy. They hurry on their way or hang around for the day. The one thing they have in common is that they absorb and reflect the color of God’s light for us to see. When I say my prayers, I ask God to help me be loving and kind. As you hurry on your way today, remember to take the light of God’s love in your Heart and reflect the colors into your life. Share Your Heart ❤ and Shine Bright.

Ripples of Kindness

Good Morning Everyone!

The dawn is near as I step outside. It is cold and the stars have left the sky. There is an orange glow on the horizon as I sit in the silence of the morning. As I walk down to capture the dawn, a fish jumps and sends ripples to the shore. The mist starts to roll in like a blanket covering the lake. Every word we speak sends ripples of emotion to the shore of someones soul. Good or bad, our words heal or wound someone. Be sure that your words and actions are loving and kind. You may never know what your kindness does for someone’s life, but God knows. Let your words be the balm that heals a hurting heart. Share Your Heart ❤ and Shine Bright.

New Friends

A long day comes to a close. I got a blue ribbon in photography 😁. I am still smiling. It was a great surprise. I met some new friends, some Facebook friends and got some great hugs. We are all on the same journey in life. It is great to join hands and hearts along the way. Say your prayers and be grateful. Rest Well and Sweet Dreams 💕

Share Your Light

Good Morning Everyone!

It is cold out this morning as I venture out to capture the dawn on Lake Harding. The mist rises over the water as the sky starts to fill with orange and gold. The most beautiful part is the reflection of colors upon the water. It is as if the colors are absorbed and shine back again. It is the same way with us as we absorb the light of God’s love and reflect our true colors. Others take in our light. Soon hearts will change and their light will be rekindled and shine forth. Take a Chance

Good Morning Everyone!

It is cold out this morning. I am bundled up in a snuggly with a blanket on my knees. My coffee warms my hands as I look up at the big dipper twinkling down on me. The cold air makes me feel alive and vibrant today. I am excited about the Art Show and meeting new people. We get trapped into our routines and never stray from the day to day. Sometimes you have to step out of your comfort zone, meet new people and let life happen. Nothing will change if we don’t take a chance and change ourselves.
