My day draws to a close. It was a good day. I worked half a day on paperwork and got my grocery shopping done. The afternoon was spent resting, relaxing and doing laundry. Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day is underway. Smoke hides my view of the mountain this morning. We sure could use some Southern rain on this dry land. Nothing is perfect in our world. I was admiring a patients beautiful straight hair and she laughed because she was admiring my curly hair. God made each of us just as we are for a purpose in His plan. In His eyes, we are His beautiful children. We must look at ourselves through God’s eyes and love and respect the beauty inside ourselves. Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day is dawning. It is chilly out and something in the air is burning my eyes. A few fires have popped up in others areas so it must be smoke. I wonder what surprises this new day holds. There is always something new to learn as I listen to the people talk about their journey in life. It is important to keep your mind active ,learn and grow each day. Start a new book, pick up a new hobby or go back to one you enjoyed in the past. A very busy day draws to a close. It was a good day. The flowers continue to bring smiles to the patients and I do my best to share my Southern Hospitality to everyone. They must be getting use to my crazy ways because sometimes you can just see them giggle behind their mask. Life is good and my work is done when I bring joy to even one heart. Good Morning Everyone! A new day is dawning as I sip my coffee. The warm cup feels good in this chilly air. You can definitely feel the seasons changing up here. Life is steadily moving and changing with new babies being born, kids off to school and people involved in projects. Everyone is eager to share photographs of their life and we laugh and talk about the events. Sometimes you just have to listen as their heart breaks for a loved one. We need each other to share lifes ups and downs. The greatest gift you can give is a listening ear, a compassionate heart and a gentle touch to let them know you share their pain. People need to know they matter and that you can see them and their pain. Let them know or remind them that they are never alone. God is with them and he sent a friend to remind them and listen.
