Pears

A long day draws to a close. It was a good day. I am sitting outside in the warmth of God’s glorious creation. The hummingbirds are racing back and forth to the feeder making a loud roar as they pass. I just had supper and it is about an hour before sunset. If ya’ll have not baked apples or pears in a while, they are yummy. I had forgotten how wonderful they can be. It is worth the time to slow down and savor the simple pleasures of life. Prayers go up for friends and family back home as we watch the weather. I pray God holds you in his loving embrace until the morning light. Say your prayers and be grateful. Beacon

Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day is below the horizon. Night lingers and the moon is still covering the landscape with her silvery light. Equipment sounds are coming from the distance. Soon, the sun will begin his journey above the horizon and across the sky. Oh, what sights he must see everyday. He never seems to get tired on his God appointed rounds. We depend on his light and his warmth. We all have people that depend on us to do a job or take care of them, yet we get tired and lose faith in God’s plan. Sometimes you need to rest, relax and restore your energy to continue. God created us and knows our strengths and weaknesses. You must take care of yourself in order to give your best to others. We must keep our lights burning bright with God’s love to lead the way for those still in the darkness. Be a beacon of God’s love. Share Your Heart ❤ and Shine Bright.
