Good Morning Everyone! The sunrise is hidden by the heavy clouds this morning. Before too long, it will be shining bright warming the Earth. It is Monday morning and I am thankful to be alive and well. Many I know did not make it through the holiday weekend. We are blessed with one life. What we do each day with our lives has been left in our hands. Put those hands to work helping, praising and sharing. Reach out to those alone and hurting. You may not have much to give, but a kind word and a smile can make a difference. Be the best you today and leave no kind words unsaid. Love can heal an ailing heart and lift a defeated spirit. Good Morning Everyone!  Nature called at exactly the right moment for me to capture the sunrise. I took so many pictures, but I think that this is my favorite. The cotton field is shining bright today. I grabbed a cup of coffee and headed for my favorite spot on the back porch. The moon was setting in the Eastern sky. Two beauties in the sky at the same time. One gives way to the other and the world goes round. We are all different and unique. We have different beliefs and points of view on life. There is room for all of us to shine in this world. We have to be gracious and show kindness to each other. Share your Heart and Shine Bright.

Good Morning Everyone! I love taking a picture of the sunrise and sunsets. I find beauty and peace in the heavens. This morning the skies over the cotton field are heavy with rain. I am sitting on my back yard in my favorite corner of the porch. My coffee cup warms my hands and a blanket is in order today. I live in Lower Alabama, LA, as we call it down here, but it gets pretty cold. I have bird feeders placed around the porch so that I may view the beauty of the animals as they come and go. The wrens and finches will sing songs as they dart in and out of the bushes. The cardinals fly in an out quickly. This morning, a cardinal came up and sat on the deck within two feet of me. I held really still and held my breath. It is hard for me to sit still, but I was rewarded with at least 30 seconds of viewing this beautiful creature. Legend has it that Cardinals are visiting angels of loved ones. I think that is a lovely thought for the morning. Be sure to reach out today to your earthly angels. God sends friends, family, and sometimes complete strangers to brighten our day or ease our burdens. A smile or a kind word to someone can make all the difference in the world. Someone cared.
